By registering on the Ventra website or submitting a form (a request, resume, application, offer or message), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the operator listed in the "Operator" section my consent to process my personal data under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

2. What data

Name, email address, contact details, information about projects, education, experience and skills, texts of messages, requests and offers, uploaded materials, and technical data: IP address, browser and device data, and information about actions on the website.

3. Purposes

• registering and running my account;
• listing and moderating projects;
• delivering requests, applications, resumes, offers and messages to the users they are addressed to;
• contacting me, sending notifications and replies to my requests;
• providing the services I order;
• keeping the website secure and improving it.

4. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access) to users within the website's features and to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, including cross-border transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without automated means.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. You can withdraw consent by sending a request using the form at the bottom of this page or to the operator's email. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except where the law permits or requires continued storage.
