Five subscriptions, five logins and reconciling by hand at month end. Ali-E turns it into one core.
A lead becomes a deal, the deal a shipment from stock, the shipment an e-signed invoice, the invoice a ledger entry.
About the project
Ali-E CRM is an operating system for companies with 1-200 employees. It replaces the 5-10 disconnected tools a small business pays for today: CRM, inventory, accounting, documents, online booking, email marketing and a website.
What sets it apart from "yet another CRM" is the connected cycle. A lead becomes a deal, the deal a shipment from stock, the shipment an e-signed invoice, the invoice a ledger entry, and logged hours become payroll. Data is never duplicated and never drifts between tools.
The customer picks an industry once and the platform becomes a ready solution: a menu and kitchen screen for a restaurant, patient charts for a clinic, a booking site for a hotel. No implementation project and no custom development. Each employee sees only the sections they have access to.

What's inside the platform
Web and mobile
The platform runs in the browser and as an App Store app, in eight languages: English, Russian, German, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Chinese and right-to-left Arabic.
Each company is isolated at the database level, one account can belong to several companies, and permissions go down to individual menu items.

How pricing works
A company pays for a plan, not per head. Free covers 2 seats, Starter is $29 for 3 seats, Business $79 for 5, Pro $149 for 10, and Enterprise is built per project. Beyond the bundle a full seat costs $6-12, a light seat for a waiter or stock clerk $3-4, and a view-only seat is free. Annual billing gets 20% off.
On top come industry packs per location (restaurant $39, clinic $49, salon $19), single modules at $10-19 and variable revenue: AI above the limit, card acquiring and SMS.
An example from the documents: a coffee shop with 4 staff pays $72 a month (Starter, a light seat and the restaurant pack) and covers its menu, CRM, invoices and email. All prices in the project documents are starting points for the US market.
Market and competitors
The first market is the US: sales tax for all 50 states, US payroll and dollar pricing are ready. Next come EMEA, the CIS and MENA, where Arabic support, rare among such platforms, is an edge.
Against single-function leaders such as HubSpot, QuickBooks or DocuSign, Ali-E is less deep but wins on connected data and total cost. Against Zoho One, Odoo and Bitrix24 it wins with ready industry editions, AI and easy setup.
Honest limits: the platform is not built for corporations with 1,000+ employees or for businesses that need maximum depth in one narrow function.
