From recipe to groceries in the fridge in one app.
Generate a recipe for your diet and budget, build a shopping list and order delivery in a few minutes.
About the project
CookFusion is an AI-powered personal nutrition app. It answers the daily question of what to cook while accounting for everything that usually gets in the way: diets, allergies, budget, the tastes of different family members and the food already at home.
The app closes the whole food loop. AI picks a recipe, the planner fills the week in one tap, the ingredients of every recipe merge into one shopping list, and the next step on the roadmap sends that list to a grocery delivery cart.
The closest competitors solve one task out of three: MyFitnessPal counts calories, Whisk stores recipes, Mealime plans without delivery. CookFusion combines personal recipes, grocery ordering and native brand advertising in one product.

Second revenue stream: brands
Beyond subscriptions the project builds a native advertising channel for food brands. A brand doesn't buy a banner, it appears inside a recipe for people already looking for that product: the sauce in a meat sauce recipe, the pasta in a pasta recipe.
Packages in the project documents: Brand Starter at $5,000 a month for one brand and up to 3 products, Brand Growth at $15,000 with recipe A/B tests and shopping list integration, Brand Enterprise from $40,000 with category exclusivity, and a sponsored recipe collection at $2,500 per campaign. A referral commission from delivery services is also planned.
Market and audience
The target market in the US per the business plan is $14.2B growing about 20% a year: meal planning apps, AI personal nutrition and native food advertising.
The audience splits into four segments: young professionals aged 25-35, families with kids, people on special diets (vegan, keto, gluten-free) and people with chronic conditions who need a plan with medical eating modes.
