Every fact is computed, and the AI only voices it in character.
Planet positions, aspects, transit windows, drawn cards and numbers are computed in code and logged.
About the project
Vanga is a Telegram mini app with personal readings: tarot, natal chart and transits, compatibility, Human Design, the Destiny Matrix and numerology.
The market splits in two. On one side, cheap horoscope generators along the lines of "Aries should be careful today" that miss. On the other, live tarot readers at 3,000-8,000 rubles, a 2-3 day wait and lottery-like quality. Between them is an empty niche: a personal reading at a good practitioner's level, in minutes.
A reading lands thanks to three engineering properties. Specifics instead of fluff: the transit, aspect and house are computed, not invented. Memory: the app keeps past readings and "it came true" marks and refers back to them. And the right to say something unpleasant: every deep reading includes a paragraph the user won't like, which makes the rest more credible.

Plans in Telegram Stars
Economics
Payments go through Telegram Stars, the only way to charge for digital content inside a mini app. Beyond subscriptions there are one-off purchases: a natal chart or a month-by-month year at $6.99, compatibility $5.99, Human Design $4.99, the Destiny Matrix $3.99, the Celtic Cross $2.99. Every invited friend earns the user three readings.
Costs were measured on live runs. A Celtic Cross costs about 0.35 cents, a detailed natal chart about 0.75 cents. The worst case for the ten-questions-a-day plan is about $0.60 a month, so a $4.99 subscription pays for itself roughly 30 times over.
Audience
Core: women aged 22-45 in Russia and the CIS who have bought readings before or read horoscopes. Entry points: a breakup, a job change, money, "he's not replying", a move, burnout.
Second segment: men aged 25-40 looking for a decision on a deal, a job offer or a move. They get a separate voice preset: fewer "energies", more "do it or don't".
